Well, that all depends on who you ask. There are those that have not tried HHO gas car modification technology and they are totally convinced that it is a scam. Then there are those that have actually went out and paid the $200 or o for the manual, parts, and anything else needed. After 2 hours of labor (Which anyone in the world can do.
